Hugh's love of pottery began in 1976 after taking a pottery class while studying for his BS Degree in Art Education. After retiring from teaching in 2003, Hugh realized his dream of opening his own pottery studio.

Today Hugh shares his creations with you and others around the world via his online store. Each piece is hand thrown from brownstone and earthen red stoneware clay and fired at cone 6. A combination of seven opulence glazes are utilized for the many styles of handmade pottery you'll find here. All pieces are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe.
